I ordered a Epic flower gift set which I am thrilled with! The dried flower is beautiful and the jar itself is thick quality glass. This alone would be enough to ensure I order from them again but an added bonus was the wonderful service I received from Fibi. Sadly the jar was broken during the delivery. I contacted them via email and received empathy and swift resolution with a new jar sent out the next working day. It was just lovely personal care which is so refreshing from the scripted response you receive from large companies. This is definitely a wonderful family run company and I would recommend shopping with them 100%! Thanks Fibi and the team!

I have used many florists gifts set over the years but Epic series are a step above them all. There arrangements are out of this world beautiful and loved the photo of the arrangement they were sending before it went out with the courier. They let me know when it was delivered.
