I have ordered 5 different scent perfumes. The scent was exactly as I’ve specified and the quality was very good apart from one perfume that had a leaking on the lid because the lid was loosing. When I contacted The Lillianna Gift Workshop and explained the issue they responded promptly and immediately replaced the 2 perfumes.
I cannot fault their customer service or lovely products and just wanted to say big thank you for a great customer service experience. Replacements arrived quickly and and I would definitely order again.

The site is easy to use and there are heaps of perfume options. The only thing that I would add is a confirmation email to the sender when the recipient has opened the gift.
